This 2021 vintage is a blend of 68% Cabernet Franc, 28% Cabernet Sauvignon & 4% Petit Verdot that is wild fermented, unfined, unfiltered and pure unadulterated delight. Clocking in at less than 2g of sugar/L, this bone dry red is all too crushable.
